Integrating Joyned into your website requires two steps. The first is including our plugin code within the relevant pages of your website. The second requires you to place our tracking script in the page following the transaction.

Before integrating Joyned you will need to have an API Key and know what server region your account is associated with. Both of these are created and sent to you on account sign up. If you misplaced them, speak to your customer success manager.

The changes in this guide require small changes to your website. You may need to have your tech team involved depending on how your website is managed.
